Promo Mechanics

1. Promo is open to all active and current GLOBE and TOUCH MOBILE subscribers both in prepaid or postpaid.
2. Users may join the promo by:
   1. Sending text-messages (chat messages) using the CHIKKA TEXT MESSENGER service on both access codes 2814 and 2371.
3. There are 2 ways to win in the promo:
   1. RAFFLE. Users have to send text-messages (chat messages) using CHIKKA TEXT MESSENGER on their phone. The message recipient will also need to be a CHIKKA TEXT MESSENGER user.
      1. Persons who spend P2.50 per text-message (chat message) sent will be given five (5) raffle entries.
      2. Persons who are under the P5 for 10 Text Plan will be given one (1) raffle entry for each text-message (chat message) sent.
   2. INSTANT PRIZE. Users who send text-messages (chat messages) using CHIKKA TEXT MESSENGER may also win P15 e-load instantly. There will be 54 winners daily. Instant Prize is for prepaid subscribers only.
4. Users must register first to qualify in the promo. To register, users must text PROMO REG <Name>/<Address> to 2814. Ex. REG Juan Cruz/23 Bangkal St, Makati City. Registration is free of charge and done only once. Only one name per SIM card/ mobile number is allowed. However, a person may register the same name using several SIM cards/ mobile numbers.

Determination of Winning Text Entries

1. One (1) winner of P50,000 shall be drawn from the qualified entries received during the promo period of September 1 to October 31, 2011.
2. One (1) more winner of P50,000 will be randomly drawn from all the CHIKKA-GLOBE and CHIKKA-TOUCH MOBILE friends of the raffle draw winner. This will serve as the home partner. Home partner winner needs to be registered and to be a GLOBE or TOUCH MOBILE subscriber.
3. Raffle winners will be determined via an electronic raffle engine.
4. Only registered subscribers can win.
5. All raffle draws will be held at the Chikka Office, Anson’s Bldg, 23 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
6. The “Board of Judges” composed of a duly authorized representative from Chikka Philippines with the presence of a DTI representative will supervise the drawing of winners. Decisions by the Board of Judges are final with concurrence to DTI.
7. All employees of Chikka Philippines, Globe Telecom Inc., Innove Communications, its agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

Validation Process

1. Winners will be notified via a call-out by an authorized Chikka representative and registered mail

Redemption / Claiming of Prizes

For Grand Prize Winners

1. The winner must present the following when claiming their prize:
   1. Two (2) valid ID with picture and address; TIN Number.
   2. The SIM card where the entry was made;
   3. The registered mail they received from Chikka Philippines
2. If winner is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his parent/s or legal guardian along with proof of relationship.
3. Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Failure to claim within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner’s right over the prize with prior DTI approval.
4. Prizes may be claimed at the Chikka Office, Anson’s Bldg, 23 ADB Ave., Ortigas Center Pasig City For provincial winners, Chikka Philippines shall contact the winner and make arrangements for claiming their prize.
5. The 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by the winner.
6. Transportation and other expenses of the winners during the claiming of prizes will not be shouldered by Chikka.
7. Provincial winners shall have their cash prizes deposited to their respective bank accounts by Chikka.

For Daily Winners

1. Instant load winners will be notified via SMS and P15 instant load will be sent via Globe’s e-Load within 3 days from receipt of notification. A user can only win once per day. Open to pre-paid subscribers only.
